• Read through to page 212 (THEY CAN TAKE TURNS READING OUT LOUD!)
• Carris, Ivey, Olive - Journal as you read.  Be sure to to journal from your character's point of view.  It makes it fun to listen to!

• ·        Research the use of war paint (and war horse paint) in Native American history.  Make a short power point to share with the class!

• ·        Create a power point slide or two that explains what you should do if you encounter a black bear vs what you should do if you encounter a brown bear.
